Compatibility

Suitable for compatible devices equipped with a USB-C charging port, including:

USB-C smartphones
USB-C tablets
USB-C laptops
USB-C power banks
Other compatible USB-C devices

Charging speed depends on the connected device and charger. A compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger and device are required to achieve supported fast-charging speeds.

Can the JOYROOM S-A28 charge at 60W?

Yes, the cable is designed to support charging up to 60W with compatible equipment. Actual charging speed depends on the USB-C charger, connected device and supported charging protocol. A 60W-rated cable does not force a device to draw 60W.

Can I use this cable with a USB-C iPhone?

Yes, it can be used with compatible iPhone models that feature a USB-C port. The actual charging speed will depend on the iPhone model and the USB-C power adapter being used.

Is this cable suitable for tablets and laptops?

Yes, it can be used with compatible USB-C tablets and laptops that require up to 60W charging. Some higher-powered laptops may require cables and chargers rated above 60W, so always check the device's power requirements.

Does the JOYROOM S-A28 support data transfer?

Yes. It is designed as a charging and data cable, so it can be used for compatible data-transfer tasks as well as charging. Actual transfer speed depends on the connected devices and interfaces.

Do I need a special charger to get 60W charging?

Yes. To achieve higher charging speeds, you need a compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger and a device capable of accepting the relevant power level. If either the charger or device supports less power, charging will automatically operate at the lower supported level.
