Delivery Policy – Digi4u

At Digi4u, we strive to get your Repair Parts and Gadgets to your door as quickly and transparently as possible. Please find our shipping guidelines and delivery options below.

Secure Packaging
We know how fragile tech components can be. Every part and product we dispatch is securely packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives at your door safely and in pristine condition.
Dispatch & Timing
We know you want your gear fast. That's why we commit to same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Monday – Friday Orders placed before 4:00 PM are sent out the same day.
Weekends & Bank Holidays Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day (Monday).

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Ireland — Delivery Notice

Please be aware that Next Day Shipping is not guaranteed for deliveries to the following regions due to courier network constraints:

  • Scottish Highlands and remote mainland postcodes (e.g. IV, KW, PH, AB, DD)
  • Scottish Islands (e.g. KA27–KA28, KW15–KW17, HS, ZE, PA20–PA80)
  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Orders to these areas placed on the Next Day Shipping option may take 2–3 additional working days beyond the standard next-day estimate. If you are unsure whether your postcode is affected, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise accordingly.

Please note: Any Next Day Shipping charge paid for orders to affected regions will not be automatically refunded where delays occur due to courier constraints outside our control. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us at customerservice@digi4u.co.uk before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you won't be left wondering where it is. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery's progress directly through the courier's portal.
