If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please identify your account type below, as different terms apply to consumer and trade orders.

Unwanted Items

We offer returns within 7 days of receipt for unwanted items. You can return your product for a credit, a different product (with the price difference being paid or refunded), or a refund to the original payment method.

Unwanted items may only be returned if:

  • We have been notified via email within 7 days.
  • Returned items must have all components and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

Steps to return:

  1. Contact us through the Return Page. Our support team will reply within one business day.
  2. Pack everything in one parcel. Include a note with your full name, original delivery address, contact details, and order ID. Please also state your reason for returning so we can process it quickly.
  3. Return the item to the address below.

Please note: If the item is not returned in its original condition (different packaging, parts missing, or marks of use), we will deduct the cost from the refund or exchange.
Incorrect Items

We offer free returns within 14 days of receipt of an incorrect item. You can return your product for the original item ordered, a credit, a different product (with the price difference being paid or refunded), or a refund to the original payment method.

Steps to return:

  1. Contact us through the Return Page. Our support team will reply within one business day.
  2. After confirmation, a free return label will be sent to you.
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label and send all items back to us using the label provided.
  4. Once your return has been processed, a replacement or refund will be arranged based on your preference.

Please make sure returned items have all components and are returned in original product packaging with no visible signs of use.

If you are returning without our free return label (because you are abroad or a printer is not available), please include a note with your full name, original delivery address, contact details, and order ID, and state your reason for returning. Return the item to:

Faulty Items

We offer free returns for faulty items within the warranty period applicable to your product. You can return your product for a replacement, a credit, a different product (with the price difference being paid or refunded), or a refund to the original payment method.

Warranty period varies by product. The warranty period applicable to your item is stated on the individual product listing. Please check your product description before submitting a return. If you are unsure, contact us and we will confirm the warranty period for your order.

Steps to return:

  1. Contact us through the Return Page. Our support team will reply within one business day.
  2. After confirmation, a free return label will be sent to you.
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label and send all items back to us using the label provided.
  4. Once your return has been processed and confirmed under warranty, a replacement or refund will be arranged based on your preference.
The following situations are not covered by warranty:
  • The item is damaged by misuse.
  • Phone screens are installed (with glue) before testing.
  • The item has clear marks of use with physical damage(s).

Wholesaler / Dropshipper — Trade & B2B Returns
Trade Returns Overview
B2B Transactions — No 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Orders placed under a Wholesaler or Dropshipper account are business-to-business (B2B) transactions. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — which give consumers a 14-day right to cancel — do not apply to these orders. This is consistent with our full Terms & Conditions (Section 8.1).

Warranty Period

The warranty period for trade orders varies by product and is stated on the individual product listing. Please check the product description before submitting a warranty claim. If you are unsure of the warranty period applicable to your order, contact us and we will confirm.

Test Before You Install

All phone repair parts — including LCD screens, OLED panels, digitisers, batteries, and flex cables — must be fully tested before permanent installation. Once a component has been fitted, glued, or permanently attached, we cannot accept a warranty claim if a fault is found. This is standard practice across the trade.

When a Warranty Is Voided

A warranty claim will not be accepted if the part shows signs of:

  • Permanent fitting — adhesive, B7000 glue, thermal tape, or frame integration.
  • Removal of protective films, scratch sheets, warranty stamps, or security stickers.
  • Damage caused during installation — cracked LCD/OLED glass, torn flex cables, punctured battery cells.

Report Delivery Problems Within 48 Hours

If your order arrives with transit damage, missing items, shortages, or incorrect products, you must email customerservice@digi4u.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery being confirmed by the carrier. Claims raised after this window cannot be accepted.

Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns on wholesale or overstock items, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Returns of this type require our written approval before being sent back.

Incorrect or Faulty Items (Trade)

For incorrect or faulty items on trade orders, please follow the same steps as the consumer process above — contact us via the Return Page within the applicable timeframe and our team will advise. All trade returns are subject to the conditions outlined above and in our full Terms & Conditions (Section 8).
