Return Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!


Unwanted items

We offer returns within 7 days of receipt for unwanted items. You can return your product for a credit, a different product (with the price difference being paid or refunded), or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:

  1. We have been notified via email within 7 days;
  2. Returned items must have all the components and be returned in original product packaging;
  3. Returned items must have no visible signs of use.


Please follow the steps below to return:

  1. Please contact us through the Return Page. Our support team will reply to you within one business day;
  2. If no further confirmation is required, please pack everything in one parcel. Please include a note with your full name, the original delivery address, your contact details and your order ID if known to you. Please also write down your reason for returning your item so we can process your return quickly;
  3. Please return the item to the address below:

Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition (in a different package, with parts missing or with marks of use), we will deduct the cost from the refund or exchange for a replacement.


Incorrect Items

We offer free returns within 14 days of receipt of the incorrect item. You can return your product for the original item ordered, a credit, a different product (with the price difference being paid or refunded), or a refund to the original payment method.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Please contact us through the Return Page. Our support team will reply to you within one business day;
  2. After confirmation, a free return label will be sent to you;
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label. Send all items back to us using the label provided;
  4. Once your return has been processed, a replacement or a refund will be arranged based on your preference.

Please make sure that returned items have all the components and be returned in original product packaging. The returned items must have no visible signs of use.

If you are returning without our free return label (because you are abroad or a printer is not available), please include a note with your full name, the original delivery address, your contact details and your order ID if known to you. Please also write down your reason for returning your item so we can process your return quickly. Please return the item to the address below

Faulty Items

We offer free returns within 6 months of receipt of faulty items. You can return your product for a replacement, a credit, a different product (with the price difference being paid or refunded), or a refund to the original payment method.

  1. Please contact us through the Return Page. Our support team will reply to you within one business day;
  2. After confirmation, a free return label will be sent to you;
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label. Send all items back to us using the label provided;
  4. Once your return has been processed, if it is still under warranty, a replacement or a refund will be arranged based on your preference.

Please note that the following situations are not covered by warranty:

  1. The item is damaged by misuse;
  2. Phone screens are installed before testing;
  3. The item has clear marks of use with physical damage(s).
