3. Accessing Our Site
- Using Our Site is free of charge.
- It is your responsibility to arrange whatever you need — hardware, software, internet connection — to access the site.
- We provide the site on an "as is, as available" basis. We can alter, suspend or take down the site (or any part of it) at any time without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable for any reason or period.
4. Account Registration & Trade Verification
4.1 Account Types
We offer three account types: General Member / Guest, Wholesaler, and Dropshipper. Trade pricing is only available to verified businesses — repair shops, trade professionals, and corporate buyers.
4.2 Verification
Before granting or maintaining Wholesaler or Dropshipper status, we may ask you to provide proof of legitimate trading — such as a VAT number, Companies House registration, or a business utility bill. We reserve the right to decline applications or remove trade access at any time, without being required to give a reason.
4.3 Your Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any order placed through your account is treated as authorised by you, and you are financially responsible for it.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content on Our Site — unless clearly marked otherwise — belongs to us or has been licensed to us. It is protected under UK and international copyright and intellectual property law.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, sub-licence, or otherwise reuse Content from Our Site without our written permission, subject to the exceptions below.
You are welcome to: browse the site in a web browser; cache or print pages for personal use; save pages offline; and download extracts for your own reference.
You must not use any downloaded Content commercially without first obtaining a licence from us.
Nothing here limits your rights under Chapter III of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended), which permits things like private research, criticism, review, and news reporting.
6. Orders, Pricing & Stock
6.1 Price Changes
The mobile phone repair parts market moves quickly. All prices on Our Site can change without notice, reflecting shifts in supply, demand, and exchange rates.
6.2 VAT & Import Duties
Unless stated otherwise, wholesale and dropship prices are shown excluding UK VAT, which is added at checkout. If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, customs tariffs, or clearance costs in your country.
6.3 Pricing Errors
If an item is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect availability — whether due to a typo, a technical glitch, or a system sync error — we reserve the right to cancel or void any orders for that item, even after confirmation or payment. If your payment has been taken, we will refund it in full.
7. Dropshipper Terms
7.1 Your Responsibility to Your Customers
When you use us as a dropship fulfilment partner, DIGI4U Limited has no contract with your end customer — that relationship is entirely yours. You are responsible for handling customer service, resolving disputes, and managing returns on behalf of your buyers.
7.2 Blind Shipping
We take care to ship orders without DIGI4U branding or pricing documents included. However, if our branding accidentally ends up in a parcel, we are not financially or legally liable to you or your customer for that. If it happens, let us know at customerservice@digi4u.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
8. Returns, Testing & Warranties (Trade / B2B)
8.2 Test Before You Install
Phone repair parts — including LCD screens, OLED panels, digitisers, batteries, and flex cables — must be fully tested before permanent installation. Once a component has been fitted, glued, or otherwise permanently attached, we cannot accept a warranty claim if a fault is found. This is standard practice across the trade and protects both parties.
8.3 When a Warranty Is Voided
A warranty claim will not be accepted if the part shows signs of:
- Permanent fitting — adhesive, B7000 glue, thermal tape, or frame integration;
- Removal of protective films, scratch sheets, warranty stamps, or security stickers;
- Damage caused during installation — cracked LCD/OLED glass, torn flex cables, punctured battery cells.
8.4 Report Delivery Problems Within 48 Hours
If your order arrives with transit damage, missing items, shortages, or the wrong products, you need to email customerservice@digi4u.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery being confirmed by the carrier. Claims raised after this window cannot be accepted.
8.5 Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns on wholesale or overstock items, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee. Returns of this type require our written approval before being sent back.
9. Linking to Our Site
You may link to Our Site, provided you do so fairly and legally, without implying any association with or endorsement by us, and without using our logos or trade marks without permission.
Embedding or framing Our Site within another website is not permitted without our written consent.
You must not link to us from any site whose primary content is sexually explicit, abusive, promotes violence or illegal activity, discriminates against any group, or infringes third-party intellectual property.
10. Third-Party Links & Social Media
10.1 External Links
Our Site may contain links to other websites. These are provided for reference only — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owners.
10.2 Our Social Media Channels
DIGI4U is active on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn. We want our channels to be positive, helpful spaces. Please do not post content that is:
- Threatening, abusive, indecent, or offensive;
- Defamatory or damaging to the reputation of any person or organisation;
- Discriminatory — for example on the basis of race, religion, nationality, age, gender, or sexual orientation;
- Personal or confidential information — if you need to share account details with us, send a private message or email customerservice@digi4u.co.uk;
- In breach of any law or regulation;
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or links to harmful sites.
Social media is a public space. Anything posted on our pages can be seen by others. For general online safety advice, visit https://www.getsafeonline.org/.
10.3 How We Manage Our Pages
We can remove or hide posts that break these guidelines, and may block repeat offenders. We will not remove critical comments just because they reflect negatively on us — provided they stay within the rules above. Opinions posted by others are theirs alone and do not represent the views of DIGI4U Limited.
Social media platforms operate under their own terms, which are separate from ours. They may take their own action if users breach those terms.
11. Disclaimers
Nothing on Our Site is intended as professional advice — it is general information only. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that the site will meet your requirements, be compatible with your devices, or be entirely free from errors or interruptions.
We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is correct at all times.
12. Liability
12.2 Limit on Claims for Faulty Parts
Where a part supplied by us is found to be faulty, our total liability is capped at the price you paid for that specific part. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including:
- Lost labour time or bench hours in your workshop;
- Compensation, loan devices, or replacement hardware you provide to your customers;
- Loss of business, contracts, or reputation.
12.3 General Website Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage — whether foreseeable or not — arising from your use of (or inability to use) Our Site or any Content on it. This includes losses arising from viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful events connected to your use of the site.
Business users: we also exclude liability for loss of profits, sales, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
We are not liable for disruption caused by factors outside our control — ISP failures, server outages, communications network issues, natural events, or legal restrictions.
Nothing here removes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. For your legal rights as a consumer, speak to your local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards office.
13. Site Security
- We take reasonable steps to keep Our Site secure and free from viruses and malware.
- You are responsible for keeping your own hardware, software, and data safe from internet security threats.

- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Our Site, our servers, or any systems connected to them.
- You must not attempt to take down or disrupt Our Site through a denial-of-service attack or any other method.
- Breaching these rules may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any breach to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation. Your access to Our Site will end immediately if you breach these provisions.
14. Acceptable Use
You may only use Our Site lawfully. In particular:
- You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;
- You must not use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others;
- You must not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the site.
If you breach these rules, we may take one or more of the following steps:
- Suspend or permanently remove your access to Our Site;
- Issue a formal written warning;
- Take legal action to recover costs arising from your breach;
- Report you to the appropriate authorities.
We are not liable for any consequences to you from actions we take in response to a breach.
15. Privacy & Cookies
Your use of Our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both available on https://www.digi4u.co.uk. These are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Any personal data we collect is handled in line with current UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
16. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect the next time you use Our Site after they are published, so it is worth checking this page periodically.
- If there is any conflict between the current version and an older version, the current version applies.
17. Emails & Communications
- If we have your contact details, we may send you important service notices by email — for example about changes to these terms or updates to our service.
- We will never send marketing emails without your express consent. If you do opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your request.

- If you are a business — including trade, wholesale, or dropship customers — any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
