Secondly, Digi4u has a technician team and mobile repair shop in Cardiff, so we can solve any problems that might occur when you’re using our repair tools.
Units are shipped directly to customers from our fulfillment center in Cardiff. All of our orders are shipped within the same working day if they are placed by 3 pm. All items over £30 will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and will be delivered in 2 or 3 working days. We also offer special next day delivery for orders over £300. All items ordered by buyers out of the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail or Small Parcel, these items over £40 will be shipped with tracking, usually, it will take 5 to 7 working days to be delivered.
Our standard warranty on electronic products is 12 months from the date of delivery.
